LIMITED WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT AGREEMENT

Hogg Chopps© custom lowers have very little potential for warranty issues. The ABS polymer used in the construction of our lowers is extremely durable and will last a very long time. Be sure you take care when installing to prevent cosmetic damage. Paint damage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty: Hogg Chopps© parts come with a thirty day limited warranty on manufacturer defects. Fisher Engineering warrants that every product meets our design and production specifications. For warranted repairs, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges to the manufacturer. If, upon inspection, it is determined that there is a manufacturer defect, Fisher Engineering will cover all repairs or replacement of product if necessary. Fisher Engineering is not responsible for re-painting customer-painted pieces.

Returns: Generally speaking, cash or credit refunds are not available. On all products in cases where a return is authorized, a replacement product will be provided.

Responsibility: Fisher Engineering is not responsible for loss, damage, or bodily injury from or in any way associated with the use of their products.
